Following is the itinerary of an interesting holiday package covering exotic tourist places of Khandala within five days duration.

Day 01: Upon arrival at Pune Airport, guides from tourism department will transfer you to pre booked hotel in Khandala. Have dinner and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 02: After enjoying breakfast in the early morning, Khandala holiday package will start its journey by exploring Tiger's Leap. View from this valley appears as if a tiger leaping into the valley. Fabulous view of valley from 650 m elevation of Tiger's Leap or 'Vagdari' is really remarkable. You can also find an echo point in this location. Next, tour trip will move on to Duke's Nose. This historic cliff was named after Duke Wellington, who had a pointed nose. Mountain climbing trails provided here attract lots of visitors from all over the globe. This tourist destination is also known as 'Nagfani' meaning hood of snake. In the late evening, tour trip will return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 03: Third day of Khandala holiday package starts by exploring famous Amrutanjan Point located at the start of Khandala Ghat. Fabulous views of Khopoli city and Duke's Nose from this point grab the hearts of visitors. Reversing station is another destination included under tour package. This exotic place when illuminated with lights captivates all eyes. It was once under the control of Railways and is unused today. Outside the tunnel number 26, you can see a huge advertisement hoarding of Amrutanjan. After viewing Reversing Station, tour trip will move on to famous Shivaji Park. Statue of Shivaji present in this park impresses all viewers. This tourist place was known as playground and was converted into garden in the year 1956. After viewing Shivaji Park, tour trip will return to hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Post breakfast, Khandala holiday package will start its fourth day journey by visiting Karla and Bhaja Cave which is located 16 km distance from Khandela. These caves are well known for its antiquity and beauty. It stands as the finest examples of Hinayana sect of Buddhism prevailed in India. Bhaja Cave complex beholds about 18 caves and 14 stupas. In the late evening, trip will return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

The Snake $11.18 Wildbirds & Peacedrums swung between playful, fragile pop and show-stopping outbursts on their debut album, Heartcore, but they channel their muse even more purely on The Snake. It's an apt title for this sleek yet intense collection of songs, which are driven by primal energy and tribal drama. All of this is on display on "Island," which begins the album with a wall of Mariam Wallentin's voice. Layered upon itself, intoning as she sings about a man who swam to Iceland, her vocals conjure a feeling of long ago and far away that winds through the rest of The Snake, particularly on "Great Lines," where her chanting is so spellbinding that when she rebels against its repetition with a flourish of autoharp, it feels like she's tearing the air around her. She and drummer Andreas Werliin take the explosiveness of Heartcore songs like "Doubt/Hope" to a volcanic extreme on "There Is No Light," one of many showcases for Werliin's powerful but impressionistic approach. As he moves from thunderous toms to delicate stick work, Wallentin matches him at every turn, wailing "my eyelids ache from too much darkness" and digging into a guttural style that echoes Tuvan throat singing. Somehow The Snake feels more direct than Heartcore, even though the instrumentation has expanded to steel drum, piano, marimba, and xylophone, most of which can be heard on "Chain of Steel," a tale of imprisonment that goes from light to gut-punching in a twinkling. While a lot of the album is dedicated to Wildbirds & Peacedrums' wildest side, there are a few tender moments, like the hushed, Eastern-tinged love song "Who Ho Ho Ho." The duo even finds room to revisit their blues and jazz inspirations on "Places"' soulful melody and "Liar Lion"'s playful scatting and big band-inspired drum rolls. However, they save the best for The Snake's final track, "My Heart," which captures the spirit, if not the sound, of gospel in its calls and responses and searching, searing joy.
